Parent/Carer Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct document is to ensure that parents, carers and spectators associated with Mickleover 95F.C. are aware of the standards we expect whilst representing the club. It is acknowledged that by registering your child to play for Mickleover 95 F.C,you will adhere to the following principles set out by the club below, in line with The FA Code of Conduct.
When spectating, I will:- Remember that children play for FUN.
- Applaud effort and good play as well as success on both sides.
- Encourage team spirit and not give attention to just the most talented.
- Never shout or criticise a player for making a mistake.
- Never abuse or be outwardly critical ofplayers (from either team), the referee/officials, managers, coaches or other spectators.
- Remember that I am there as a spectator, not a coach
- Remember that instructions I shout may be contradictory to what the coach has instructedand confuse the players.
- Never engage in offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviourincluding physical.
- Remain within the designated spectator’s area.
- Adhereto the club’s Safeguarding Policy, which is freely available on the club website.
- Subject toactionsby my club, County FA or The FA.
- Issued a verbal warning by the club or league official.
- Required to meet with the club, league or Club/County Welfare Officer.
- Required to meet with the club committee.
- Obliged to undertake an FA education course.
- Asked to leave the match or venue by the club.
- Requested by the club not to attend any future games.
- Suspend or have my club membership removed.
- Required to leave the club along with any dependants.
- Subject to a fine imposed by the County FA or The FA.
- Subject to suspension imposed by the County FA or The FA.
- I understand that upon my childleaving the club I will need to return any kit that has been given to me.
