Player Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct document is toensure that the players associated with Mickleover 95F.C. are aware of the standards we expect whilstrepresenting the club. It is acknowledged thatby registering to play for Mickleover 95 F.C,the playerwilladhere tothe following principles set out by the club below, in line with The FA Code of Conduct.
When Playing Football, I will:- Conduct myselfwithin the rules and guidelines ofthe league, The FA and Derbyshire FA.
- Always show respect to team-mates, opponents, referees and coaches before, during and after the game.
- Play fairly, I won’t cheat, complain or waste time.
- Neveruse foul or abusive languageat teammates, the opposition, coaches or referees. I understand that doing so will involve disciplinary action being taken.
- Respect fair play and always uphold my club’s ethos and values.
- Wear the appropriate kit including shin pads, bootsand respect the club equipment and facilities.
- Listen carefully to what your coach tells you and understand that coaches must do what’s best for the team.
- Talk to someone you trust or speak with the Club Welfare Officer if I’munhappy about something at the club.
- If I do not follow the code, actions may be taken by my club, County FA or The FA
- If I am found to break the club code of conduct, I will be given a warning (yellow card). Any further breaches will result in a committee hearing (red card) and could result in me receiving sanctions including game bans, fines or dismissal from the club.
- My actionsmay havedirectconsequences for my club.
- The club can be fined by the County FA or The FA for poor conduct or behaviour.
- Upon leaving the club I will need to return any kit that has been given to me.
- Be required to apologise to my team-mates, the other team, referee or team coach.
- Besuspended from training & matches, including during an investigation.
- Be required to leave the club.
